Jewel's By Maxime's | Design

Getting down to business... cards.

This was a beautiful business card update done for Jewel's By Maxime's. The logo was recreated to ensure we have the proper sepecifications. You can find any "designer" on Kijiji or such but they may not be up to speed on how things need to be created. I make sure all my files are properly created so that when you take them to print, your printer does not come back to you with countless errors. The logo had to be recreated because they did not have a high enough resolution one to use.

Checker Courier Sell Sheets | Designs

Sell, sell, sell!

Another part of the Checker Transportation Group is Checker Courier. They wanted to spice up some of their quick sell sheets and target certain areas of business with relevant information. The Fleet | Photography

How, fleeting.

We are going to get a little car heavy here. I took and edited a lot of photographs for Ambassador Limousine. They wanted to capture the vehicles in the same way in which they were cataloged previously. Here is some of the gorgeous fleet, both past and present, of Ambassador Limousine.

More Ambassador Limousine | Designs

"Leafing" you breathless.

I have also done a two sided leaflet for Ambassador. This was made to fit leaflet holders in hotels, lobbies of businsses, etc. It was intended to show off their fleet, their services, highlight features and show how much can fit into each vehicle. For example, in a hotel lobby, the luggage and seating capacity is very important. Photography, Icons and layout were all done by me. InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop were all used for this project. This piece is in circulation around Calgary.

The front is on the left and the back is on the right.

Ambassador Limousine | Designs

The Art of Advertising.

Ambassador Limousine will get you there in style. They have an amazing fleet and I have worked with them for a few years now. I will be uploading a few pieces in different posts. I have created advertisements, printed pieces, mailers, taken photographs and more!

I will put up some advertisements I have done throughout my course working for Ambassador. This advertisement was done in junction with Alberta Ballet. I went for a simply classy and elegant theme. The dancer has a beautiful position and lended itself to the wording of the advertisement. The photo was provided by Alberta Ballet. Layout was done in InDesign.

This one was just a generic portrait letter sized generic advertisement that they could have printed, or distribute around the internet. It shows off some of their fleet. The fleet was photographed by me and was put together as a collage in Photoshop. Layout was done in InDesign.

A Fairy Tale Wedding | Events

Wedding Magic.

Well, I always say, a great wedding starts with great design elements. Great save the dates, invitations, menus, everything coordinated and stylish. Enter Troy and Lisa. It's their wedding coming up, and we are working on creating a masterpiece. Here is her save the date. Also, because it's 2014, we created a Facebook invite page. I also designed a Facebook cover photo to match. It's all about versatility and making sure we stay current whilst making sure we still have that beautiful printed piece to touch. Everything can't be digital. I love the printed piece. The images were supplied by their photographer. Work was done in Illustrator and Photoshop. Indesign was used for the layout.

BMW Gallery Review | Photography

The 2014 BMW X5.

While I never claim to be a professional photographer, I feel that I am a creative enough individual that I am able to take a great shot. These were taken with a simple Canon Point & Shoot camera and edited in Photoshop. I feel that with attention to detail, the photos came out great. These were done for BMW Gallery after I wrote them a review of the latest generation BMW X5. It was fun to bring out my writing skills and combine it with my love of photography, design and vehicles. I even had a chance to photograph one of my fur babies in the back in his little red hoodie. I love being able to combine the things I love.
